NPLD-Network to Promote Linguistic Diversity
Aisciuda Ladina: Festival del lengaz has been running since 2009 and this year comes in the context of the celebration of the centenary of the Ladin flag, displayed for the first time at Passo Gardena in May 1920: blue as the sky, white as the snow and green as the pastures and woods, the symbol of this unity.
‘Aisciuda‘ in Ladin means ‘spring’ and the term also refers to the historical moment of rebirth of the Ladin identity.
The main aim of celebrating the Aisciuda Ladina, organised by the Comun General de Fascia, is to reinforce the Ladin language and identity as well as promoting linguistic inclusion.
